These terms govern bulk business transactions, payment structure, quality expectations, dispatch, claims, and acceptance.

1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to written confirmation by A1 MamtaGold Enterprises.
  • Production, packing, and dispatch will commence only after receipt of the advance payment.

2. Payment Terms

  • 30% Advance Payment: Required to confirm the order and initiate processing.
  • 70% Balance Payment: Payable against the LR (Lorry Receipt) copy before delivery release.
  • Goods remain the property of A1 MamtaGold Enterprises until full payment is received.

3. Product Quality

  • All products are supplied as per agreed specifications, grade, packaging, and quality standards.
  • Natural variations in color, size, moisture, and appearance may occur in agricultural commodities and shall not be considered defects.
  • Quality inspection, if required, must be completed before dispatch.

4. Packaging

  • Products will be packed as per mutually agreed packaging specifications.
  • Any special packaging requirements requested by the buyer may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery & Transportation

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to transportation, weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transporter.

6. Claims & Disputes

  • Any quality or quantity claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
  • Claims without proper evidence (photos, videos, transport documents) may not be accepted.
  • No return or replacement will be accepted after goods have been used, repacked, or resold.

7. Cancellation

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once order processing, procurement, or packaging has commenced.
  • Order cancellation requests are subject to approval by A1 MamtaGold Enterprises.

8. Force Majeure

  • A1 MamtaGold Enterprises shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or pandemics.

9. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising from transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.

10. Acceptance

  • Placement of an order and payment of advance constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
