3. Transportation

5. Transfer of Risk

Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the buyer immediately upon handover of the goods to the transporter.

Any loss, damage, delay, or shortage occurring during transit must be reported directly to the transporter and documented appropriately.

6. Inspection Upon Receipt

Buyers are advised to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any claims regarding quantity shortages, visible damage, or quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Delivery Documentation

Relevant shipping documents, including invoices, e-way bills (where applicable), and transport documents, will be provided as required.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, refusal to accept goods, unavailability of the consignee, or any buyer-related issue, additional transportation, storage, or handling charges may apply.

9. Force Majeure

A1 MamtaGold Enterprises shall not be responsible for delays or failure in delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, labor shortages, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
